    Grandparents Rock!

Grandparents Rock!

Some of us are lucky enough to know and maybe live with our grandparents. Grandparents are so wise and they teach us so much stuff. What is something your grandfather or grandmother has taught you that you have put into your life?

Jai Swaminarayan, My grandparents have thought me so much to remember. My Dada has thought me to never lie. Lying can lead into big consequences. My Baa has thought me to help everyone. When you help someone one for a good cause, they may come back and help you. Jai Swaminarayan

So whenever I go to India and hear my nana say shlokas I fit them in my head so I can learn Sanskrit and learn some Sholkas from important Shastras. My Nani teaches me good sanskar. Kind of like bowing down to elders and doing puja every day. When ever I go to India I watch my Nani do puja everyday! My nana and Nani rock!! Jai swaminarayan!

Jay swaminarayan, My grandparents have taught me and my sister a lot of things just like my mom and dad teach me. My grandparents teach me manners like bowing down to your parents everyday and to never talk back to your parents and a lot of different other things. They never get mad at me when I do something wrong but instead they sit with me and they explain to me what to do next time. It is a pleasure living with my grandparents Jay swaminarayan

My grandparents are great. I don't see them often because they live in India. But, they have still taught me things that I remember daily. A few things that they taught are to know what Mahant Swami and Bapa do is for a good reason. The second thing they taught me was to always respect others and be honest. Those are some qualities of Mahant Swami. My dada read scriptures to me when I was little. I even learned Gujarati and how to ride a bike! I think that the things I have learned is important when I grow up and it helped me become the person I am today. Jai Swaminarayan!
