The annual 'Bal Vikas Parva' was organized by the Central Children's Office for children during the summer vacation. The main theme of the programs for 2012 was 'Agna - Upasana'.
The 'Bal Vikas Parva' was held at about 325 centers, in Gujarat, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur. In all, about 25,000 children participated for a period ranging from three to seven days. The entire program was successfully organized through the intense efforts of sadhus and 5,000 karyakars.
