Ahmedabad, India, February 1, 2015– Exams are quickly approaching for children in Gujarat. In effort to ease their stress and give children a new energy to dedicate themselves to their studies and satsang, a unique fun fair was organized at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Shahibaug. From 5:00pm to 7:30pm, more than 400 children gathered to enjoy a variety of games – including a jumping castle, ring toss, target practice, toy castles, bucket throws. Volunteers also presented fun programs that taught important morals like a puppet show and a magic show. P. Doctor Swami also joined the fun to give the children further encouragement. At the end of the day, the children, parents and volunteers were left energized and eager for the next BAPS Fun Fair.
