Following 6 weeks of training, nine selected balaks participated in the Ideal Family Campaign by visiting 85 families, contacting over 350 parents and children, between 16 and 31 July 2005. They discussed some of the principles taught by Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj for developing an ideal family:
1. Family unity
2. Performing daily personal puja and arti
3. Leading an addiction-free life
4. Attending the weekly satsang assembly and keeping good company.

The balaks also gave details of BAPS activities and described the selfless efforts of Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj in helping to uplift society.
