The Warwick Conference
Park was the scene of yet another memorable Bal-Balika shibir. Held
between Saturday 26th August and Monday 28th August, this was the first
separate Bal-Balika Shibir to be held in the UK. A total of 138 Balaks
and 95 Balikas aged between 9 and 15 years attended. Titled, BAPS Ek
Parivar – the Power of One, the shibir introduced the Bal-Balikas
to the values of Niyam, Nishchay and Paksh.
All Bal-Balikas were
given a memento to remind them of the Shibir and to keep these values
firmly in their lives.
Congratulations to all the Karyakars for the excellent execution of
the bal shibir.
