Swamishri was in Ambardi. He was staying at Bhimabhai Patel’s house. It was a shrine of Jaga Swami. After darshan and breakfast Swamishri left for the village of Nana Jhinjuda. The sadhus thought that the Murti of Shri Hari Krishna Maharaj was with Swami and Swamishri thought that the murti of Harikrishna Maharaj was with the sadhus. In this confusion the murti was left behind at Bhimabhai’s place.
At 11.30 am the sadhus came to take Thakorji from the assembly in Nana Jhinjuda. But the murti of Harikrishna Maharaj was not there. The sadhus realized what had happened. Indravadan was immediately sent to Nana Jhinjuda to bring Thakorji. But Bhimabhai’s wife replied that, Swami would never forget Thakorji here. He has given him to us !’
Indravadan explained at great length that Swamishri has not had lunch because Thakorji had not been offered thal. On this plea, she submitted but wished to prepare shiro and offer it to Thakorji.
‘We cannot allow Thakorji to go hungry,’ she added.
When Thakorji was brought to Nana Jhinjuda before Swamshri it was 3.00 pm. Till then Swami was meeting the devotees one by one. Only after the thal was offered to Thakorji did Swamishri sit down to have lunch.
It is because God means everything to him, that such devotion and steadfastness is possible.
