Those who tolerate are ever happy

Eat less and tolerate. Eating less maintains good health. Tolerating maintains good mental health. Then the problems are solved by themselves. To tolerate means to be patient. Listen to a rumour with forbearance. Not to give a hasty opinion is forbearance. Haste can lead to problems. Something that refers to one’s parents may be misunderstood as referring to one’s in-laws. Something totally different may arise from it. One who tolerates is not taken in by it.

When someone makes fun of us, think, we too, must have made fun of someone else. These words should be drilled into us. They should be read and re-read. If someone lashes out with words, tolerate them. Be courteous and humble. Those who tolerate are ever happy!
