Where there is God and a God-realised Sadhu, there is the Satya-yug.

If this truth is consolidated in your life, then you are living in Satya-yug today.

Therefore, if you remain steadfast in the observance of the tenets prescribed by the scriptures and the Shikshapatri, you are living in Satya-yug.

The Bhagwat describes the four places of Kali-yug: gambling, alcohol, meat and adultery. Where there is indulgence in any of the four, there resides Kali-yug.

If you eat, drink or smell items from outside, it leads to degeneration.

Therefore, take pure food.
