On 15 June 2007 Swamishri was in Chicago having his meal while one of the karyakars was giving a report on the Bal/Balika Mandals.  He said, “There was a nine year old balika who spent one and a half months making one of her classmates give up eating meat.  In the same manner there was a six year old balika who explained the Akshar Purushottam Upasana to her entire class.”  Hearing this report Swamishri was very pleased.
That same day a 10 year old balika had sent a hand woven cotton hat for Swamishri.  Seeing the devotion of young children Swamishri was very pleased and gave the father blessings.  Swamishri took the hat in his hands and looked at its fine craftsmanship and in this way fulfilled the devotees wish.
