On 27 February 2009 Maheshbhai from New Zealand had come to Delhi for Swamishri’s darshan along with his blind son Kushal. When Swamishri was in Sarangpur he had remember Kushal and asked about the details of his disability. Today when Swamishri saw Kushal he became emotional. On the other side Kushal said with force, “Bapa, how’s your health?”

Swamishri replied, “My health is fine.”

Kushal had brought with him the Shikshapatri which was written in brail. Sparing a few minutes with Kushal, Swamishri asked him, “Show me how you read from it.” He took his hand and started feeling the bumps and recited the shlokas from the Shikshapatri. In this way Swamishri fulfilled this little balaks wish.

An hour later Swamishri was going to come outside of his room for inspection of the Akshardham campus. At that time Kushal was resting upon a pillar and upon seeing him Swamishri told him to come near him. As he came near he hugged Swamishri. When he left from New Zealand he had made a wish in his mind that he wanted to hug Swamishri and in the morning he didn’t have a chance because everything happened so quickly and time ran out. Though, Swamishri called him over and fulfilled his desire.
