Once, Swamishri was in Gondal. He had just finished doing arti in the Akshar Deri. As he was about to leave, two small balaks came up and asked him a question, “How do you experience Maharaj when you do arti?” Though Swami Bapa was about to leave for important meetings, he smiled and told them, “I experience Maharaj as if he is standing right in front of me! Just like the two of you are standing in front of me.” The balaks and devotees were left in awe on hearing Swami Bapa’s reply.

It is important to remember that Shriji Maharaj is always with us. The only difference is that Swami Bapa understands this fully, so he can even see and talk to Maharaj like he does to us all. Just like him, if we realize that Shriji Maharaj is always with us, and is always there to help us do the right thing, then we can become ideal children and make Swamishri proud.
