A satsangi student, Kashyap Pandit, residing at the BAPS hostel in Vidyanagar offered Swamishri his hand in promise. He asked, “You have fulfilled your promises to us. But today, tell me what promise do you want from me.”

“As a promise I want your allegiance to satsang and your steadfastness in following moral injunctions. Be very vigilant that you never fall into addictions, vices and bad company.”

Swamishri expects no mundane promises from us. He solely wishes for the moral and spiritual elevation of all.
