A satsangi youth from abroad showed Swamishri the plans for some mandirs. The youth and other volunteers were working extremely hard to accomplish the deadline given by Swamishri.
With reference to this the youth echoed the burden of the project, “Swami, we simply don’t get enough time to rest or sleep.”
Swamishri advised, “God is going to do everything. You just have to keep endeavouring. Remember God while working. He is the doer. Secondly, always say that it is going to be done but do not speak weakly. Thirdly, when you all get together to discuss, you must accept the result of what is decided in the meeting. Don’t criticise each other. Unity should be a priority.”
Swamishri outlined the three principles of management, namely, God as the doer and personal effort, to speak in a spiritual manner but not weakly and to work unitedly.
