God gave us the five senses use them wisely. don't spoil your eyes watching TV. Read balsatsang books. Listen to bhajans not the radio. Don't eat garlic, onions, eggs. Eat healthy.Try to avoid unnecessary thoughts it may give you bad character. Smell flowers in the mandir smell the agarbati. Smelling unnecessary things also leads you to unwanted thinking. So i should never say this person is this and that which would help me not to see bad qualities in others only good qualities. I think about this quote to myself everyday!
