Once Ghanshyam and his friends went to Narayan Sarovar. They were playing ambli-pipli. Then a rakshas named Kalidatta came. He used black magic to create a storm. When he saw Ghanshyam sitting under a tree,he made himself a giant. Kalidatta fell on the tree and thought Ghanshyam got crushed underneath. To his surprise Ghanshyam was laughing. At that second Kalidatta got stuck in his own storm, slammed into a tree and died. This shows that Ghanshyam was all-powerful and the all-doer.

I chose a prasang about Swaminarayan bhagwan.You may not know this prasang: Once,Ghanshyam and his family were at the village,TARGAM. One day,they were looking at someone's farm after asking the owner.There was a watermelon patch.After they had passed this patch,Rampratap,Ghanshyam's older brother,told ghanshyam to go play.Ghanshyam immediately went to the watermelon patch.he plucked all the watermelons out of their places.The gardeners were shocked and ran to tell Rampratap.Rampratap was furious and rushed to the spot.But,to the gardener's surprise,all the melons were in their spots.The gardeners realized that Ghanshyam was no ordinary child. Or else how could he do this?I think this is an inspirational story because this shows how miraculous Ghanshyam is,and how he is definitely GOD!!!!!!!

The most inspirational prasang from Bhagwan Swaminarayan's childhood is his daily time table. He wakes up early in the morning, takes a bath, performs puja, studies with Dharmadev, goes out to play with friends, comes home for lunch, then again studies and then haves dinner and goes to sleep. We should try and follow a time table like him so we can become Adarsh balaks.

Jay Swaminarayan At 20, the Lord was in Ramanand Swami’s Ashram serving as a humble servant. He was named Sahajanand when Ramanand Swami initiated Him. The Lord became the sole spiritual master when Ramanand Swami appointed Him as the Guru of his ashram. A month later, Ramanand Swami passed away. On the 14th day of the funeral rites, in the village of Faneni, the Lord introduced the new Swaminarayan Mantra. News of this Mantra spread far and wide. And its spiritual power was felt everywhere. Sahajanand Swami now became known as Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Anyone who chanted the Mantra enjoyed samadhi - the ultimate spiritual experience. Those who heard it, wrote it or thought of it experienced samadhi. Others who saw Bhagwan Swaminarayan, heard the sound of His sandals, or discussed His philosophy saw a divine light and beheld the visions of the great incarnations of God - Rama, Krishna and Shiva. Since the trance was an experience of His grace, it was called krupa samadhi. Rama is the 7th incarnation of the God Vishnu, and next to Krishna, he is considered to be his most important avatar (manifestation of a deity).

One day Ghanshyam was playing with his friends, then he saw a fisherman killing fish =, Ghansyam then explained about the bad part about killing. going to hell after this the fisherman stopped. This story is very inspirational for me because can you imagine you walking up to a tough guy and explaining things to him. i was really scared when i was a kid but after listening to this prasang i faced my friends and talked to my friend about satsang.

Jai Swaminarayan I have many inspirational stories from Swaminarayan Bhagwan's childhood. The one I would like to tell about is, "When Ghasitaram, Kandoi (sweets selling owner) cheated with his customers." He wore a magnetic ring on his toe thumb and put his foot under the weighing scale. This would not give the correct amount of sweets asked. He cheated by giving less. Ghanshyam knew Ghasitaram was cheating and taught him a lesson. This story is inspirational for me because Bhagwan is everywhere and he watches everything. Bhagwan sees all we do and therefore we should not cheat with anyone. We should live our life with honestly and gain Bhagwan's rajipo.

Jai Swaminarayan, Once Ghanshyam was outside playing with his friends. In the middle of the game, Ghanshyam climbed a tree and sat looking west. Later that afternoon, he came down from the tree to go home. When he came down, Veni, one of his friends, asked Ghanshyam that what was he doing so long on the tree. Ghanshaym replied that he was looking west to all the aspirants that are calling him and that he wish to go to them in the future to Gujarat in order to liberate them. Jai Swaminarayan.

The fearless ghanshyam: Once when ghanshyam was young, dharmadev decided to move his family temporarily to Tinwa. In that village, there was a well where bhaktimata would always go to fetch water. But that well was very spooky! Many years ago, there was a war between many evil men and a king. Because these men drank liquor, ate meat and even gambled, when they were killed, they became ghosts and decided to haunt the well. Whoever went to the well after sunset, the ghosts would give them trouble. Once, the water in the house was finished. It was already too late to go to the well as the sun had already set. Without caring about the ghosts, Bhaktimata went to the well to fetch some water. When she reached the well, she lowered her pot into the well. The ghosts quickly grabbed the pot. Bhaktimata tried to pull the pot out of the well, but, could not do so. When she looked into the well, she saw the ghosts. After, she looked at them, she ran away from the well without the pot. When she reached home, ghanshyam saw his Mother trembling with fear. The fearless ghanshyam asked what had happened. Bhaktimata told him what she had seen. Ghanshyam decided to go and confront the ghosts and teach them a lesson the next day. The next morning, ghanshyam went to the well. All the villagers tried to stop him but could not. Ghanshyam went into the well using the rope. When the ghosts saw him, they got angry that ghanshyam had disturbed their sleep. They went near ghanshyam to catch him. But, a bright light came from ghanshyam that blinded the ghosts! The ghosts had learnt their lesson and asked for forgiveness. Ghanshyam forgived the ghosts and took them out of their ghostly forms. Ghanshyam also sent them to badrikashram to perform austerities. From that day onwards, the villagers could fetch water from the well anytime they wanted. Moral: We should never drink liquor, eat meat and gamble. These sins will make us like the ghosts. Also, never be scared as Maharaj is always protecting all of us.

I think all the incidents from the life of Lord Swaminarayan and Lord Rama are inspirational as Lord Ram is Lord Vishnu's avatar and Lord Swaminarayan is SARVOPARI. Then also the childhood prasang of Bhagwan Swaminarayan inspires me a lot. That is Kalidutt's incident. Kalidutt was an evil demon. But Bhagwan killed him in just seconds. He barefootely walked the whole length and breadth of India, & Nepal to liberate countless souls like Magniram, Joban Pagi, etc.I think this is the most inspiring part of Bhagwan Swaminarayan's life. As it shows, God is so compassionate that He came on this earth just for our benediction. His love towards us is eternal. He is Supreme, all pervading, most beautiful, & prosperous; yet He chose to meet each of His devotee on this earth. Even another Inspiring incident from His life is, the initiation of 500 Paramhansas in a single night. This again shows the most compassionate nature of God. For the upliftment of poor souls, He prepared thousands of enlightened saints to roam and work for the betterment of the society. Still today, in this Kaliyug time, we have his best blessing with us as He has given us His eternal abode (Akshardham) and eternal devotee (Aksharbrahma) in the form of Mahant Swami Maharaj. EVIL OF KALIDATT ONE TIME Ghanshyam Prabhu was playing with his frineds. At same time Kalidatt came.Kalidatt was an expert in black magic.Using his black Magic & special Mantra he turn sky into Dark.Also by another Mantra whirldwind appear.With a terrifying noise some of the large branches of the mango tree under which Ghanshyam was placed came smashing down on him. Kalidatt was thinking that now Ghanshyam had been crushed to death underneath. But Ghanshyam was not dead. then Kalidatt was angry. HE picked up a large branch and just as he was about to hit Ghanshyam with it. The whirlwind blowing round and round swallowed Kalidatt into its middle. The Strong wind picked him up and thre against the trunk of the mango tree. Kalidatt died there and then. This story i like most. G Moral:- . God power always win on EVil power. We need to understand that God is super power.

There he listened to a old Mahant who was encouraging his disciples to not do Ekadashi. Then a little boy Ghansyam spoke up to the Mahant about the importance of Ekadashi this is why this prasang is inspirational because such a small boy spoke up to the Mahant.
