In His Footsteps

Swamishri regularly takes afternoon walks to maintain his health. How do you exercise and eat healthy every day?

 
I everyday take fruits in my school lunchbox and when i come home i eat [Roti AND sabgi].then in the evening i do skipping unless i am tired.

Jai Swaminarayan , I personally am not so health concious but for my well being I go for some round on my bicycle and after my lunch and between my dinner I go for walks around my house . Sometimes (when needed) I go to buy groceries on my cycle or by walk. So this is the way I keep my self healthy and would try to always keep on being a bit progressive for my healthy everyday.

I exercise and eat healthy everyday. I exercise by walking to school and taking stairs instead of the elevator. I do fitness workouts to improve my body and be more positive. I eat healthy by eating my food and checking the ingredients and nutrition facts. I mostly eat fruits and veggies. I also eat a lot of beans for protein. I drink milk for calcium and dairy. I always make sure I am eating healthy and exercise everyday.

Swami, despite his age, maintains his health and physical wellness and therefore, he is physically strong. Personally, I get plenty of my exercises from my school's physical education class. There,I play sports,do stretches, build my muscular endurance, and run about 3 miles every Friday.Aside from that, I have joined many classes where I exercise. When it comes to eating healthy, it is a hard task for many people, including myself, but I keep a goal to eat at least one fruit a day and some vegetables. In order to keep that goal,I drink a protein milkshake many days in the week.In this way, I can follow Mahant Swami Maharaj's ruchi to not be lazy and stay active. Mahant Swami Maharaj himself is a perfect example of physical wellness. Jai Swaminarayan!

I eat food that is offered to god and Maharaj Swami keeps me healthy for staying in Niyam. I run around the house and play which helps with exercising.

Jai Swaminarayan I exercise regularly by running around at break time at school and I play lots of sports with my dad. I sometimes do extra pradikshana at the mandir so it makes me walk extra, it reminds me of Swami walking around the haveli in London (and all the Santo sitting on the edge of the stage). At school in my lunch box I have two fruit and sometimes some vegetables and I try to drink lots of water. I like playing sport and eating healthily.

I be healthy by taking healthy food. My mom makes nutritious food and sometimes I take rotli shak. I also exercise by riding my bike with my dad. It helps me also get rid of my worries in my head and stay calm. By exercising and being healthy, it didn't just make me healthy. It made me have a stronger bond with my parents.
