The care and attention to detail with which Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj cares for Harikrishna Maharaj is unparalleled. While we may not have a physical murti of Harikrishna Maharaj to care for, we are able to offer the same bhakti through our personal mansi. We should strive to imbibe the same utmost care that Swamibapa has for Harikrishna Maharaj into our mansi puja.

What are some techniques that have helped you improve the quality of your mansi puja?

 
Jai Swaminarayan, a technique that has helped me improve my mansi puja is to concentrate on Maharaj's murti with 100% concentration and block anything that is going on around me.

Another technique that has helped me improve the quality of my mansi puja, is by listening to the aksharam aham shloka, as it helps me to concentrate and creates a peaceful atmosphere.

I have found it hard to concentrate during my mansi puja. I usually think about anything else other than doing mansi, but I have found deep breathing helps a lot. I do deep breathes to focus my mind on bhagwan and focus on swami's murti, after a while I do my mansi and my mind stays more focused for longer. Mansi puja is a great way to meditate. Meditation is mind's food. In my puja I imagine that I am Mahant Swami Maharaj's sevak and I get to help him with his morning routine. I start with waking him up by gently pressing his legs, help him to the bathroom to brush his teeth, bathe him, dress him and take him to do his puja. Sometimes I imagine doing yoga with him. I think of doing all the activities I like to do with Mahant Swami Maharaj. In the end I ask for his blessing to make me ideal student and balika, He expects me to be.

Something I do during mansi puja is having all distractions put away, such as my phone, clocks and distracting sounds. I then clear my mind of everything and focus on Maharaj’s murti and do my mansi puja.

A technique that has helped me improve my Mansi puja is waking up a few minutes early so that I can have more time to do puja and not rush into it. I’ve realized that waking up just 10-15 minutes early makes such a big difference and I can spend more time connecting with Maharaj and Swami without having to constantly look at the clock.

Jay Swaminrayan Some tawnies which have helped me are meditation, reading sahajananand namavali everyday in the gharsabha or doing mala when I am really angry on somebody, If I don’t have a mala near me then I just chant gods name in my mind etc. To be frank, doing Mansi puja everyday keeps my mind calm, it keeps me fresh throughout the day etc.Thank you. Jai Swaminarayan! Even though we may not physically have a murti of Harikrishna Maharaj in front of our eyes, we can serve him in our Nitya puja during Mansi. Whilst meditating of the luminous Atma, which beholds Maharaj and Swami within its Chaitanya Mandir, we should feel elated - we are getting the chance to serve Purna Purushottam Narayan! We should capture every moment in our heart and perform a Mansi with so much Khap, our hairs stand on end. We can strengthen our Bhakti towards Bhagwan by increasing our intense love for Maharaj and Swami. Quality Bhakti in Mansi = Quality time spent with Bapa :)
