    Making a Timetable

Making a Timetable

Making a timetable or weekly planner can help us organize ourselves so we use our time and energy efficiently. But sticking to a timetable is not easy. Have you ever made one for yourself? What do you think you can do to help yourself stick to it?

Jay Swaminarayan, To follow our timetable we should obviously remember Maharaj and Swami and pray to them that we can follow our time table because time management is really important so we don't get stressed and we can use our time wisely. We should also remember prasangs about Mahant Swami Maharaj and Pramukh Swami Maharaj. If you want to approach it in a worldly way then you can have incentives, eg. Wake up at 5:00am and you get to play at the park for a while or eat a chocolate.

I have once made a timetable. I can try to pray to Maharaj in puja to help me follow it and I can try to remember Maharaj and Swami and they will help me.

It becomes quit strenuous when it comes to sticking to the given timetable. We do normally put a charge that is beyond the ability. To make matters better we should create a timetable that is easily accessible and easy to follow such as having break slots to freshen the heat-soacked brain and not surfeit since excess is poisonous as we work towards our goal.Thank you

YES. Sometimes I made a time table. I must be disciplined so that i can stick to it. I often memorize the timetable so that I can keep it in my mind.

I have made a timetable before and I think that not extending time on something so you can finish it. I also think that not watching too much videos or playing games will make you stick to it

I have made a timetable nearly 3 times in my the last 2 years and ,I agree it is very hard to stick to your daily tasks. I have made one about 1 month ago and I tried to follow it. I made some improvements ,but some ways to stick to it is to make about 2 copies one of them in your room and the other one in your bathroom. You can also try to remember your time-table several times in a week.
