    Making a Timetable

What Shall We Do about Screen Time?

Computers, laptops, televisions, and mobile phones are useful devices that can help us learn, find information, and connect with loved ones.

But researchers around the world have found that looking at screens for a long time can harm us. Too much screen time can hurt our eyes and posture and lead to unhealthy weight gain. It can also make us feel sad, lonely, or anxious. Lastly, it prevents us from doing other activities like reading, taking up a hobby, playing outside, or helping our parents around the house.

What practical steps do you think you can take to limit the amount of time you spend in front of a screen?

I think that rather than watching TV or playing games on your iPad or iPhone you should go play outside with your friend. I also believe that we should play outside as it's better for our health.

Jay Swaminarayan Screens at times are monsters, our worst enemies, but at times they can be life changers. Furthermore they can damage our physical well being. For example our eyes can be damaged from long hours of screen time. Especially now that all our work is online and entertainment is online for us as well. We have forgotten that we can be entertained by our family and friends without any electronic gadgets We should get up after every 15 mins and do ghar sabha so we can interact with people around us.

I take the limit of SCREENTIME when using the TV (etc) You can study for 2 hours and then play your Keyboard for 1 hour(if you have one) and play sports for one hour, this will take almost 4 hours, you will quite enjoy doing it. For Video games you can delete all of the video games that you have and you can be sure that, Another option is the app FOCUS it will block YouTube until you turn it on (FOCUS) it will also block the website (www.com) that will distract you like video games.

Jai swaminarayan,in order to reduce or take to limit the amount we spend in front of a screen we should prepare a timetable that, which time should you study, sleep, eat and what time should we watch tv,phone e.t.c. So in that way we can reduce the time in front of a screen.

Firstly, set a timer of about 30-35 mins then try to avoid keeping any device near you when doing something important like studying or even eating. you may also give your devices to your parents if you think you can't stay without it. We can use our devices, yes, but let's reduce the timings and concentrate on the shatabdi mahotsav seva an make bapa raji.

I believe that limiting screen time is very important because it can hurt our eyes. I believe that spending time with family is something everybody should do. Screen time should be under three hours everyday or its not healthy for our eyes. One way you can limit your time from screen time is by playing board games or spending time with those who are close to you. Everything seems to be muddled when screen time user crosses his limit. No punctuality, no co-curricular activities occuring. for sure idle mind is a devil's workshop. nevertheless there is the better part of it if it is handled with care. Through gaining useful information, staying connected with loved ones. the best remedy to use efficiently is stay away from the device that takes better part of the routine and make the day as useful as possible

Instead of limiting our screen time we should increase our study this way we can study more and have screen time. We can also sit down with our mother or father to make a timetable.

To limit my screen time the steps I will take is to use technology for educational purposes and for my free time I will do no-screen activities. I will involve myself in activities which will increase my confidence, concentration, and joy.

First, I would try limiting the screen time. Not to go over a limit. Then, I would have no screen time and only use it in studies and satsang.

So what I think is that we should have a time limit on being in front of a screen. So you can either set a time on your phone or any other devices or you can ask your parents to set a timer on their phones and watch till the timer gets off but we should not watch for more than 2 hours.
