The Satsang Examinations held annually by Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) play a foundational role in enriching and enlightening thousands of devotees, young and old, with the knowledge of Vedic, cultural and satsang values.

Satsang Examinations were the vision of Yogiji Maharaj, and realized through the inspiration and efforts of Pramukh Swami Maharaj.

The Bal Satsang 1 and 2 exams are based on one book each and comprise a 2-hour paper. This year a new website was created specially for Bal exam 1 and 2 for online registration for Countries except India (where the Bal exams are held in November).

1031 examinees appeared in Bal 1 and 2 exams held on March, 2012, out of which 88% passed the exams. Examinees from different countries like USA, Canada, UK, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Muscat, etc. appeared in these exams.
