BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, Raysan was very happy to be a part of Khel Mahakumbh-2013 organised by Government of Gujarat. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Prakash Modi. The events conducted at BAPS Raysan campus from 29th November, 2013 to 7th December, 2013. The games organized at Por Seat level were Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, Volley Ball, Shooting Ball, Tug of war, Athletics, Chess District match, Football and Basketball. The students from various schools participated in the games. Wherein the BAPS, Raysan team stood first in Kabbadi (Por Seat). We also feel proud to announce that Master Pavan Patel of our school, stood first in 100 meter running race (under 16 group), Master Parth Patel stood Third in the game of Chess (above 16 group). The achievement of BAPS, Raysan continues by being declared as a runner-up team in the games like Basketball and Football ( under 16 group) . We were glad to be a part of Khel Mahakumbh. Organising Khel Mahakumbh games gave us a very rich experience and we look forward to be associated with it in the coming years.
