BAPS Bal Mandal Nairobi organized a Vaali Sanmelan(Parents Congregation)  with the grace of H.D.H Pramukh Swami Maharaj and guidance and cooperation from Bhaktavatsal Swami and Sant Mandal. Aim being that all the Vaali’s(Parents) take  their time to understand their children and give them Nishwarth Prem. 250 Parents attended this Sanmelan.
The program started at 9.00 am as Balakos performed Dhoon, Prarthna, Jay Naad and deep pragatya.
A brief report on Bal Mandal was given to all Parents.
This was followed with a Pravachan from one of the Balak (Divyesh Patel). It was on what a Balak expects from his Parents in this busy world, is it money, games, freedom, expensive food and cloths, big Business or is it a Nishwarth Prem?
After Break the program continued with Kirtan by Balakos (Ame nana nana bal… ).
Then some of the Vaali’s were invited on stage to be interviewed.
Lastly  P. Bhaktavatsal gave a good speech to all the Parents who attended the Sanmelan.
After Swami’s speech, all the Parents were given a form to fill to see where they stand as parents in life.
The Sabha ended at 12.20 p.m. with the last program being Group discussion for 20min. After which all the Parents had Maha Prasad in Mandir.
