On Friday November 14th 2014. Today when Whole India Celebrates Children’s day even Kuwait Bal and Balika Mandal held their Sports Day & Dabrautsav at Abu Halifa Area of Kuwait. Approximately 30 children participated in the event.
The event started at morning 10.00 a.m. with stuti, dhun, prathana, and ghoshana. Next, adults and children together joined in a brief lesson on yogasanas and their benefits. After this, everyone enjoyed a full day of competitions and games. Balak’s were also given the opportunity to show off their talents in the various Indian traditional games.
At the end, everyone sat down together to have a group meal. Everyone had brought different items from their home and shared their treats with each other.
The event was a great success because it allowed all the children to come together, have fun, and learn important life and health lessons. This event would not be successful without the coordination, commitment and enthusiasm shown by everyone.
